Instructions on Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Trek Bike Store Naples of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal request before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the 14-day period expires
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized
Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

Additionally, orders placed by business customers, partners, or using company details are not eligible for withdrawal or refund due to incorrect product selection.
